Lyle H. Meyer
Greece: Departed this world peacefully Thursday August 20, 2015 at age 64 after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by his parents, Mildred and Frederick Meyer.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ellen; sons and daughters-in-law, David and Erin, Paul and Kathy; and grandson, William. He is also survived by his brothers, James (Carole) and Allan (Suzanne) Meyer; sister-in-law, Jennie Bowker (Maura Lynn Wegman) and Mary (Roger) Davis; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Lyle was a loving husband, father and grandfather centering his life on his family and friends, living happily as a Home Brewer, Kodak Data Guy, golfer, sports fan, Adirondack 46er and dedicated Christian musician.
Friends are invited to call 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Sunday, August 23, 2015 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Memorial Service will be held 10 AM Monday, August 24, 2015 at Lutheran Church of Concord, 485 Holmes Road, Greece. Interment, Colden Cemetery, Colden, NY.
