77, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015 with her loving family by her side.
Joan is survived by her devoted husband of 56 years, Lawrence W. Adams.
She is survived by her sons, Mark (girlfriend Deborah Vane), Timothy (Diane), David, and Stephan (Crystal) Adams; Five grandchildren; sister, Marilyn (William) Boysen; several nieces and nephews; Foster Mother, Betty Brower; Foster Siblings, Robert (Lois) DeRoo, Barbara (Alasdair) Barron, and Debra (Marty Gersten) DeRoo; adopted families, The Farleys and the Crouchers; and several foster children.
Joan was a member of the Greece Choral Society and a Monroe County Foster Parent.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funeral Home Sunday September 13, 2015 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm.
A funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of one's choice.
