Gates: Suddenly Monday, May 22, 2017. Predeceased by her husband, Charles "Ed" Resser. She is survived by her sons, Steve of Albany, Paul (Norfel), Thomas (Carolyn) Resser; brothers, David (Linda) Burrows, Jerry Burrows; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Especially her best friend Izzy Murch. Mary was a dedicated employee of Jada Plastics for 32 years. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend - always having a kind word and will be sadly missed by all.
Family will receive friends 4-7 PM Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue (corner of Long Pond Road). Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 9:30 AM friends may gather for her Mass of Christian Burial in St. Theodore's Church, 168 Spencerport Road, Rochester, NY 14606. In lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions to Disabled Veterans National Foundation, dvnf.org in her memory.
