Stacy Renee Bruner
April 13, 1969 — September 11, 2017
Ontario: Passed unexpectedly at age 48.
She is survived by her parents, Tony and Joan Bruner; sister, Sonya Bruner; beloved nephew, Michael and many dear friends.
Stacy Renee Bruner was born on April 13th, 1969 in Divine Providence Hospital in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Stacy was the first born daughter of Joan and Tony Bruner. Her younger sister Sonya was born in 1972.
The family relocated to upstate New York when Stacy was two years old, and she grew up in Ontario, New York, where she attended Wayne Central Schools. She graduated high school in 1987
Stacy attended Monroe Community College, where she graduated with an associates in human services. She also took classes at RIT in graphic design.
Stacy was a talented artist, and spent many years as a sign shop artist for Wegmans. She won many awards for her displays and creativity.
Stacy was a kind-hearted soul, and cared deeply for the less fortunate. She created care packages for active duty soldiers, and also donated supplies to battered women's shelters.
She will be dearly missed, and remembered fondly. We will never forget her beautiful green eyes, her infectious laugh, and her quick wit.
Family will receive friends 1-4PM Sunday, September 17, 2017 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd., Rochester, NY followed by a Service at 4PM.
