Peacefully passed away on October 30th, 2018 when the Lord called him home at the age of 93.
Predeceased by his wife, Rose; son, Michael; parents, Patsy and Filomena Julian; brother; Philip, sister-in-law, Anne and sister, Mary Maurizio. He is survived by his son, Richard (Julie) Julian and Tina Julian (Mark Jozefski); granddaughters, Christina and Briana Julian along with nieces, nephews. Frank retired from Eastman Kodak in 1985 and was a WWII Veteran. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday November 3rd, 2018 at 9AM At Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Park, Rochester, NY 14615. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
