Rochester: July 30, 2013 at age 80. He is predeceased by his parents; sister; daughter, Kim (Dee Dee) Culver; and nephew. Survived by his wife, Ruby; children, Charles W. (Yolanda) Culver Jr., Christopher S. Culver, T'Hani Pantoja; grandchildren, Luis (Kim) Culver, Jesse Hooks, William (Willie) and Antonio (Tony) Pantoja, Chris (Cito), Jada, Alexis Culver; great-grandchildren, Reagan, Karly and Mayer; many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may call Friday, August 2nd, 5-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., Rochester, NY. Services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment, Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mercier Literacy Foundation, 99 Ridgeland Road, Suite D., Rochester, NY 14623.
