Predeceased by her grandparents Robert and Carol Seaman.
Amy is survived by her precious daughter Alissa Motsay, her loving parents Debra (Jim O'Connell) Ruffel, Thomas ( Julie) Menz her sisters and brother, Mechelle, Matt and Melanie.
Grandmother Wilma Menz, Alissa's father Ronald Motsay and his parents John and Debbie Maggio.
Many, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins as well as many dear friends.
Family will receive friends and family Thursday 4pm to 7pm at New Comer Funeral Home 6 Empire Blvd, where a prayer service will be held at 7pm.
