GREECE - Passed on November 23rd 2018 at age 92. Predeceased by his wife, Sylvia Jane Powlowski. Survived by daughters, Sylvia (Timothy) McManus, Lisa (Dennis) Fink; son, Phillip Powlowski; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; brother, Anthony Powlowski (Donna Schott).
Albert was born of February 27th 1926 in Pikeville Co. Kentucky. He joined the USMC at the age of 18 and proudly served during WWII, he was honorably discharged on October 26th 1945. He was also a proud member of the American Legion for many years.
Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday, November 27th from 4-7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where a Celebration of Sparky's life will be held immediately following at 7 PM. Sparky's final Military Honors will be rendered at 10 AM on Wednesday at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
