Passed on April 25, 2006 of cancer at the age of 83. She was predeceased by her husband, John. She was a dedicated employee of Bausch & Lomb for 43 years before her retirement. She is survived by her live-in caregiver of 2 years and beloved best friend, Gary Palazzo whom Alice loved and cared for like a son. She is also survived by her sister, Leola Saunders; and several nieces and nephews.
No prior visitation. Her Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 AM Friday at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Ave., followed by Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
