Passed away on January 10, 2023 at the age of 75. Predeceased by her parents, John Troiano and Gladys Kimble. She is survived by her loving sisters, Judy (Peter) Tutuska and Margaret (Russell) Cherre. Loving aunt of nieces and nephews Amanda (Ryan) Andreotta, Lynn (Matt) Cuccaro, John (Heather) Tutuska, and Michael Cherre, great nephews Russell, Luca, Robert, Elias, and Isaac. Also survived by her dearest Aunt Theresa (Jack) Hogan; and cousins.
Alma was an amazing quilter, producing a large quantity of both bed quilts and wall hangings. Her use of color and pattern, as well as her careful hand stitching, were admired by all. She also loved to knit for gifting and donations, and enjoyed teaching others the craft as well.
For most of her life, Alma was involved in various efforts to improve living situations for others, continuing through all of 2022. She enjoyed being a go-to person, offering suggestions and advocacy.
