ROCHESTER- Almina "Marchel" Adams-White, 55, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023 surrounded by the love of her family.
Marchel was born in Jacksonville, FL to Thomas Long and Gwendolyn Irvin on May 25, 1967. Marchel worked as a nurse for 30 years. Her passion in life was her family.
She is predeceased by her father, Thomas Long.
She is survived by her children, Christain Adams, Ashley Adams, Cierra Travis, and Isaiah Tyler, her mother, Gwendolyn Irvin, her grandchildren, Iyanna, Avery, Kharter, Charizma, and Chloe, her great-grandson, Adonis, her siblings, Harriet Adams, Artavia Rodriguez, Lisa (George) Alexander, Lisa (Charles) Banks, and Pam Owens-Jolicoeur, and her grand-dog, Reign.
Calling hours will be held at Greater Harmony Missionary Baptist Church, 60 Grand Ave., Rochester, NY 14609, on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from, 11am-12pm, with a service to immediately follow.
