Rochester: Peacefully on Monday, June 4, 2007 at age 84 with her loving daughters at her side. She is predeceased by her husband, Edward. Survived by her 4 daughters, Barbara Christine Blanchard, Dianne Marie Jaycox, Patricia Lynn Williams and Karen Elaine Leshkivich; grandchildren, Christine, Kimberly, Kaileen, Shawn, Edward and James; 1 niece and 2 nephews.
Ann Marie was a United States Army Veteran serving during WWII as a nurse. A graduate of the University of Rochester and spent several years as a private duty nurse and administrator of the Avon Nursing Home. She was deeply involved in community activities, church and choir as both a participant and director, Girl Scout Leader and after 18 years in Florida, returning to Rochester she again became involved in the community through the church choir and Bell choir.
The family will receive friends Today Wednesday from 7-9 PM at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Services and interment in Florida at the convenience of the family.
