Passed away peacefully on, September 11th, 2016 at the age of 77.
Predeceased by her, husband Kenneth, parents Paul and Teresa Congdon, brother Richard Congdon,
She is survived by her Daughters, Cynthia (Micheal) Woodbury, Catherine (Mark) Francis, Lynn (Josh) Shaw-Cohen, grandchildren, Patrick, Melanie (David) , Jessica and Ian, great-grandchild Weston,
sister, Mary (Don) Congdon, brother Joseph (Pat) Congdon, along with many loving nieces, nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 am on Friday September 16th, 2016 at St. Helen's Church 310 Hinchey Rd, Gates, NY 14624.
Interment at Holy Ghost Cemetery, 220 Coldwater Rd, Rochester, NY 14624.
Contributions may be made to, Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 2652 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626.
