Greece: Passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2010, at age 80. She is predeceased by her parents, Grazia & Pasquale Marcanio; husband, Anthony Romeo; sons, Joseph & Angelo Testa; grandson, Nicholas Testa; sister, Jean Porretti; brother-in-law, Philip Nicolosi; and niece, Laurie Marcanio. Survived by her son, Sam (Emily) Testa; and daughter-in-law, Barbara Testa; grandchildren, Samuel (Chiara) Testa, Lisa (Ryan) Gross, Tige and Samantha Testa; great-grandchildren, Gabrielle & Michela Testa; sister, Mary Nicolosi; brother, Patsy (Esther) Marcanio; brother-in-law, Mario Porretti; several nieces, nephews and special friend, Angela Taggart.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 17 from 4-8 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, followed by entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. The family requests the courtesy of no flowers.
