Anne M. Heeks died in her home on Thursday, July 7, 2022. She is survived by her husband, Benjamin J. Heeks.
She is predeceased by her parents Jack Coyle and Therese (Burke) Coyle and brothers Brian and John.

She is survived by her daughters Rachael (Steven) Chard and Regina (Adam) Bowker. Sons Eric Heeks and Andrew (Yukari) Heeks. Grandsons Colin and Connor. Sisters Kathleen, Mary Frances and Elizabeth and brothers James and Kevin. She is also survived by brothers and sisters- in-law, numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends.

Anne moved to the Rochester area upon marriage to her loving husband of 48 years. Anne was a hospice nurse for greater than 20 years. Her understanding nature and compassionate ways helped countless people through their final days with comfort and dignity.

Anne loved spending time with her family. Her favorite moments were laughing with her sisters and the friends she had since their school days. Anne adored her grandsons and often said they were the light of her life. In the final years of her life Anne became very close with her caregiver, Amanda and greatly enjoyed their time together.

Friends may call on Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 3:00PM- 6:00PM at New Comer Funeral Home 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Rochester, NY 14626.
