Passed away on January 31st, 2023 at the age of 64. Predeceased by her parents, Edgar Blake and Inez Epps. She is survived by her devoted husband of 44 years, Charles Sibley; children, Tynisah Sibley, Brittany (Felix Olafusi) Sibley; grandchildren, Blake (Jhenna) Sibley, Duane-Nearie Alston and Laniyah Gaines; great-grandchildren, Elijah Manlutac and Bryson Sibley; along with a host of many siblings; Jeanette Blake, Maryland Davis, Alberta Coleman, Patricia Ammons, Nathaniel(Kathleen) Blake, Leon(Jacqueline) Blake, Geraldine Dowiels, Larry Blake, and Cynthia Blake; many nieces, nephews and cousins; dearest friends, Ingrid Brumfield and Sara Eck. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 17th, 2023 at 11AM located at New Life Fellowship, 330 Wellington Ave Rochester, NY 14619. Contributions may be made in her name to the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester 1048 University Ave Rochester, NY 14607.
