Rochester: Passed peacefully May 9, 2009, at age 86. Predeceased by her husbands, Adolph P. Legler and Arthur DeMallie. She is survived by her son, Robert J. Legler Sr.; grandchildren, Robert Jr. (Leslie), Timothy (Niki), Daniel and Vicki Legler; several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may attend calling hours 4-8 PM Wednesday at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 AM Thursday at Peace of Christ Parish, St. Ambrose Church, 25 Empire Blvd. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Open Door Mission, PO Box 14236, Rochester, NY 14614 or Youth For Christ Rochester, PO Box 30069, Rochester, NY 14603.
