Passed away on July 3rd, 2023 at the age of 70. Predeceased by her parents, Major and Bessie Butler. She is survived by her devoted Husband, Daniel J. Phillips; children, Sharon ( Dumka) Viator; Ursula Butler along with a host of many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; siblings and cousins. Family will receive friends on Friday July 14th, 2023 from 10AM - 12PM followed by a service at 12PM at Miracle Valley Deliverance City 290 North St. Rochester, NY 14605. Interment at Riverside Cemetery.
