Rochester: Passed away peacefully after a long illness on March 2nd, at age 70. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Ron; children, Wendy (Ralph) Ingalls of Baltimore, MD, Ellen Jordan of Groveland, MA, Craig (Kris McGrew) of Wakefield, MA; grandchildren, Matthew and Jacob Ingalls, Megan and Hannah Jordan, Liam and Owen Mertens; sisters, Lois Umbra, Gale Rowlands and Claudia (Bob) Button; brothers-in-law, Howard Berg and Robert (Irene) Mertens; many nieces and nephews.
Barbara was a member of the Rochester Chapter #314 Order of the Eastern Star. She was a Past Matron and Past District Deputy.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, March 15th at 2 PM at the Covenant United Methodist Church, 1124 Culver Road. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park. Contributions may be made in her name to the Western New York Chapter,American Liver Foundation, 25 Canterbury Road, 14607 and the Memorial Fund at the Covenant United Methodist Church.
