Passed away Sunday March 17, 2024 at age 89.
Predeceased by her son, Michael Neal.
She is survived by her brother, Bruce (Pam) Bruni; children, Lori (Bob) Christ & Kathy O'Neill; grandchildren, Mallory O'Neill & Courtney Neal; great grandchildren, "Sweet" Lee Diehl & Rebecca Farrell.
Barbara was a beloved waitress & devoted friend. She reveled in the pages of James Patterson, danced to Rock & Roll when people were looking, & strived to smile everyday.
Services will be Friday March 22, at 10AM, New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. Interment to follow at White Haven.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to Rochester Regional Health Lipson Cancer Institute Fund.
