She is survived by her parents, Audrey and William Zufall; husband, Antonio; children, Brian (Karen Myers) Spano, Corinne (Anthony) Martelli, Frank (Christine) Spano; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; sisters, Patricia (Kenneth) Woyteck and Frances Diaz; brother, Michael (Retta) Pierce; many nieces and nephews; several dear friends; faithful dog, Tasha. Barbara was a past Matron and DDGM of Rochester Chapter #314 O.E.S.
Family and friends are invited to call 3-6 PM Sunday at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd, where a Funeral Service will follow at 6 PM. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
