He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Maria; son, Carmelo Caratozzolo; 2 sisters and 4 brothers of Italy; mother-in-law, Marianna Barbaro; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends may call Tuesday 4-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, 9:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 Ridge Road West. Entombment, Irondequoit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation Inc., 15 Prince St., Rochester, NY 14607 in Benito's memory.
