Chili, NY: Thursday, September 30, 2010 at age 77, after a heroic battle with heart disease and cancer. Predeceased by his parents, Bernard J. and Margaret.

He leaves his beloved and devoted wife, Joan; his sons and their spouses, Mark (Sherry), Brian (Joanne) and Brad (Karen Tobin); grandchildren, David (Christy), Robert, Matthew, Nicole and Adam; his only sister, Bernice (Carmine) Spiridigliozzi; sister-in-law, Sheila (Doug) Montgomery; brothers-in-law, Darence (Jean) Hakey, Francis (Marge) Hakey; Carol (David) Tessier and other nieces and nephews.

Bud was a retired Army Korean War veteran and a Kodak retiree. He was an avid history buff and life long fan of the New York Yankees. He will be most remembered for his extraordinary example of what it means to be a good man, husband and father.

A remembrance night will be held on Thursday, October 7th 4-7 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Private Interment. Memorials can be made to the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 3111 Winton Road South, Rochester, New York 14623 in Bud's memory.
