Rochester: Entered into rest Sunday, March 5, 2017. She is predeceased by her husband, Charles M. Lowry and daughter, Jacqueline Lowry.
She leaves to mourn her children, Robert (Gloria) Ervin, Freda (David) Roberts, Charles (Margaret) Lowry, Vida Lowry, Lexine Lowry, Derek Lowry, Darlene (James) Sample. She also leaves 2 loving nieces, Mary Catherine Nowlin, Rachel Arend. She was the grandmother of 22 grandchildren, great-grandmother of 51 children and great-great-grandmother of 25 children. She also leaves a host of other nieces, nephews, friends, and people she loved and who loved her dearly.
Calling hours are Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Aenon Baptist Church, 175 Genesee St., from 7-9PM and Monday morning, March 13, 2017 at 11-12PM followed by a Funeral Service at 12PM. Family will receive friends at Home of Freda and David Roberts, 106 Farleigh Ave., Rochester, NY 14606. Interment Bath National Cemetery.
