Thursday, March 16, 2006 at age 74. Predeceased by her mother, Hazel Moffit. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Robert L. Davis Sr.; children, Robert Jr. (Vanessa) Davis, Glenn (Kathy) Davis of NC, Scott (Darla) Davis and Karen Jacobs; grandchildren, Nicole and Christopher Jacobs, Vicki Davis; great-grandson, Brendon Davis; sister, Mary L. Moffit; many nieces and nephews. Betty worked for the Rochester City School District for 35 years.
Family and friends may call Sunday 6-9 at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Her Funeral Service will be celebrated 11 AM Monday at the Creation Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park (meet at gate) with Inurnment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Journey Home, 994 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626.
