(Peter) Phillips and Valerie Fields; nieces, Shaquilla Heath, Shantae Heath, Meichelene Heath, Princess Heath, Latoya Heath, Zasheema Allison, Justina Heath; nephews, Marcus Heath, Cordelle Heath, Latrell Heath, Imani Heath, Damani Heath, Dewayne Heath, Dashawn Heath, Joshua Heath, Cavoure Heath, Caran Heath, Hampton Heath Jr., DJ Heath, Tyshawn Heath Isaiah Heath; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and loved ones.
