Rochester: Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on February 10, 2008 at age 82. She is predeceased by her husband, Raymond; and her parents, Elsie (Smith) & Lester McKay. She is survived by her daughter, Betty (Steve) Calenzo of Utica, NY; grandchildren, Diane (Arthur) Martz and Michael Bauman; great-granddaughters, Elizabeth Johnson and Allyson and Hannah Martz; sister, Mildred Seitzinger; sisters-in-law, Wilma Guelli, Nancy Badum, Alice McKay and Connie McKay; also several nieces and nephews. She is also predeceased by her sisters, Laura McKay, Katherine Wydra, Darlene Hamm and Lorraine Hewitt; brothers, Lester, Mnester and Donald McKay.
A special thank you to her nieces and nephews, Jim and Bobbie Webb, Howard and Dana Seitzinger, Tom and Carol Seitzinger, Greg and Cheryl Marshall. Also a special thank you to the staff at Highlands Living Center.
Friends may call Wednesday, February 13th, from 3-7 PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Thursday, February 14th at the All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Visiting Nurse Hospice and Susan G. Komen For The Cure.
