Predeceased by his parents, Jerry and Ann Halligan.
Billy is survived by his wife Tassie; children, Matthew (Kerry) Halligan and Elizabeth Halligan (Joe Brady); siblings, Kevin (Jean) Halligan, Timothy (Heather) Halligan and Margaret Halligan (Joe Marron); nieces and nephews, Mandy, Alexandra, Sarah, Michael, Bria, Ryan, Lauren and Alan; several cousins and numerous friends.
Family will receive friends Friday, March 4th from 4-7PM and Saturday, March 5th 10-12Noon at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Kendall Fire Department or Lollypop Farm in memory of Billy.
