FAIRPORT- Bobby G. Davis, 75, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023.
Bobby was born Moultrie, GA to the late Jewell and Rosa B. Davis Sr., on August 8, 1947. Bobby was a retired Post Master for the United States Postal Service in Fairport, NY. In his retirement he loved spending time at the Finger Lakes Racetracks.
He is predeceased by his siblings, Eunice (Elisha) Jordon, Eura Lee (survived Arthur) Hodges, Jewell (Sarah) Davis Jr., Thelma (Oscar) Hemmings, and Otha (Sandra) Davis.
He is survived by his children, Anthony Davis, and Shannon Scott, his grandson, Ethan Caulkins, his siblings, Bennie (Lou Etta) Davis, Shirley (dec. Earl) Phillips, and Mary (dec. Carl) Chargo, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd., Rochester, NY 14609, on Friday, February 3, 2023, from 4pm-6pm, with a service to immediately follow.
