Alyssa visited Carmella almost daily since the Covid visiting restriction was lifted in March of this year. We all thank her very much for her love and dedication displayed to her Grandma.

Would also like to recognize Carmella's daughter-in-law Cindy, and her daughter's Michelle, Melissa and Megan. They spent many years taking Grandma to all her appointments, weekly grocery shopping trips, and taking her to lunch at Friendly's. Many loving memories were created during these visits.

The family would also like to send a note of thanks to all the staff at Monroe Community Hospital's Hope 3 Unit. Especially Stella, Kevin, Tanisha, Sergio, April, Kathy and Kathy (K2), and Meredith.

Carmella loved her personal aid Shanitha very much. She would give people nicknames to help remember them, and affectionately called Shanitha "Sammy". We will be forever grateful for the service, love, and humor Shanitha displayed to our Mom. That goes for all the great people at MCH, too many to mention.
