Carmelo Cotto, 76, of Rochester, N.Y. passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.
He is survived by his wife, Gigi, daughter Carmen, sons Alberto and Victor, brothers and sisters Carlos, Julio, Edith, Jesus, Ana, Eugenio, Aida, Heriberto, David and many more family and friends.
Carmelo worked as a group leader for the City of Rochester for 37 years where he received many honors and awards. He enjoyed bowling and participated in leagues for over 20 years, until recently he continued to bowl.
Carmelo also enjoyed music, especially playing the "guiro" at "parrandas". He was a very good dancer too, from salsa to raggaeton the genre didn't matter to him.
Carmelo was loved by many and will be sadly missed
