Carmine was born and raised in Avon, NY and started working at Kodak right after high school. He continued his career there in manufacturing until he retired. Carmine enjoyed old cars and was well known at Spencer Speedway during his drag racing days. He and his wife, Stephanie, married in 1985 and raised their family in Fairport. They owned and operated Stephanie's Ristorante in Fairport for many years. Everyone knew how much he loved music and how well he knew music trivia; and he never hesitated to share it with friends and family. He was a great cook and always joked that he should bottle up his sauce and sell it because everyone loved it. Carmine could always be found at the table playing euchre, too-taking great pride in teaching his children and grandchildren. He will be remembered for his funny one-liners and being the most proud Father and Grandpa, always taking great pride in attending special events and showing off pictures and videos of them whenever he could. His family meant the world to him and his love for his wife was evident until the very end.
