Unexpectedly, on Saturday, June 4, 2005 at age 58. She is survived by her husband of 31 years,Arthur; daughters, Bonnie(Phillip)Cardamone, Cheryl(David)Bowllan and Laurie Massong; son, Daniel Kausch; sisters, Linda(Wayne)Zimmerman and Patti Jack; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. She was the secretary of the Century Club, a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, Alpha XI Chapter, and also a member of the Red Hat Society. She was a teacher in the Rochester City School District for 37 years.
Her family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 8 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 -9:00 at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., where a Prayer Service will immediately follow at 9:00 PM. Her Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 14 at 7:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church, 2576 Browncroft blvd. Memorial contributions may be direct to the American Cancer Society.
