Passed away on, April 10, 2024 at the age of 86.
Predeceased by her parents, Bernard and Rose Wrights; siblings, Bernard Wrights & Anita Lewis.
She is survived by her husband, Simon Ortiz; daughter, Lori (George) Grass; son, Anthony Ortiz (Michelle Ferreri); many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Family will receive friends 3-6pm Tuesday April 16, 2024 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A funeral mass will be held 9:30am Wednesday April 17, 2024 at St. Lawrence Church, 1000 N. Greece Rd. Interment to follow at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road.
The family greatly appreciated the care given by the team at the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center and would like any considerations made in Carol's honor to go to them; 2652 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626.
