Penfield- (July 24th, 1977-June 19th, 2021)

Passed peacefully at the age of 43. Predeceased by both her stepparents, Ken Hodgkins & Julia D. Bundschuh. Grandparents, JoAnn D. Johnston, Pauline and Raymond Bundschuh, along with uncles and aunt- Alan, Diane, and Mark Johnston.

Carrie is survived by her partner, Shanté Cruz and her son, Jayden Cassady. Her loving and devoted mother and father, Jana (Johnston) Hodgkins, and James C. Bundschuh. Adored grandfather, Alan M. Johnston. Unforgettable sister to Heather (Bundschuh) Rowley, Elizabeth and Amy Hodgkins, Dylan Davis and Tessa Bundschuh. Nephew and nieces, Jayden and Alyexia Hodgkins-Reyome and Julianna Bundschuh. Also, several loving family members and friends.

Please join the family for calling hours Thursday, July 8th from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. (corner of Culver Rd.). A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 10th at 11am at West Walworth Zion United Methodist Church, 3960 W Walworth Rd, Macedon 14502. Private burial at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, please consider bringing a card or note with a memory or two or photo of Carrie that the family can read and treasure in the years to come. Carrie was a sweet, kind, funny, and loving soul that will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.
