ROCHESTER - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, on November 4, 2021 at age 82 at the Friendly Home.
Charles was born on July 10, 1939 in Blossburg, PA to John and Cecelia Skolny. Preceded by his wife, Carole Skolny with whom he celebrated 53 years of marriage and his parents. He is survived by Chad Skolny (Lori) and granddaughters, Aubrey and Ava.
Charles is also survived by his sister Mary Ann (Vincent) Otte and several nieces and nephews.
Charles worked as a math teacher for over 25 years in the Rochester City School District. He enjoyed walking, feeding the neighborhood dogs, gardening, and spending time with his granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
