Cherice C. Washington

January 19, 1973 — February 18, 2020

Cherice Washington was born on January 19, 1973. She was born to Pearlie Morris and Cleveland Moore Jr., both of Rochester NY.

Cherice attended elementary school in Kingstree, SC but then returned to Rochester in the early 80's as a middle school student. She went on to further her education at Franklin High School. She traveled back and forth between South Carolina And Rochester working various types of jobs in between.

Cherice met her husband Tracy in 1988. Young and foolish, they knew there was something special between them. Life's expectancies separated them but just like magnets, they were drawn back to one another in 2002. It didnt take long for these two lovers to tie the knot. They wed in holy matrimony in 2006.She had Octavia Lawhorn in 1990. A proud mom, with a beautiful bouncing baby girl. Falling in love led Cherice to another little angel Ashley Washington. Knowing that two beautiful angels were going to need brotherly love, she had Malik Cooper to watch over and protect them.

Welcoming her into heaven is Nolie and Alberta Morris as well as Cleveland Moore Sr. and Martha Lee Crawley.
