Passed away peacefully on, October 19, 2023 at the age of 82.
Predeceased by his Parents, Mildred and Harold Groat; Sisters, Kay (Dick) Mason & Sylvia Humby; Brother, Harold (Carol) Groat.
Clifford is survived by Daughters, Anita (Jerry) Silver and Dawn Smythe; Jeremy (Samantha) Newton, Candice (Diamond)Trammell, Caitlin (Patrick) Dennis, Jacob Smythe; Great Grandchildren, Marcus, Aria, Mckenna, Marley, Namiko, Leiani, Macho, Kaydin, Giovanni and Isabella; Brother, David Groat; many nieces and nephews.
Clifford was always known as a hard worker, and proudly served in the United States Navy. His deepest pride and joy was his family; from his kids to his grandkids and great grandkids he took great pleasure in enjoying their company. Further, he enjoyed traveling whether on cruises or to the Southern states, all the while holding a deep faith in God.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
