GATES- Concetta LoSavio, 85, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.
Concetta was born in Sicily, Italy on November 15, 1936 to the late Paolo and Crocefissa Volpe. She was the beloved wife to the late Giuseppe LoSavio. Together they raised two daughters, and they were married for 58 years until his passing in 2020. Her passion in life was her family especially her grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her husband, Giuseppe, her brother, and two sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Pina (Mark) Dixon, and Grace (Mark) Sheared, her grandchildren, Christina, James, and Tiffany, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626 on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 4-7pm. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Theodores Church, 168 Spencerport Rd, Rochester, NY 14606, on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 9:30am. Burial will be held at White Haven Memorial Park, Pittsford, NY.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Concetta's name to the charity of your choice.
