"Connie" Lynn (Meadows)
2/8/48 - 1/11/07. Suddenly, on January 11, 2007, at age 58. Predeceased by her parents, John and Charlotte Meadows. Survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Jack, whom she married on August 9, 1968. She is also survived by her daughters, Lacy C. Nelson and Jackolyn (Paul) Hyman; grandchildren, Joshua and Patrick; sisters, Linda Gehardy and Janice Meadows, along with many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Connie worked at Farash Corp. Main Office from 1990 until the present.
Connie was a loving wife, nurturing mother, and grandmother, who was selfless and always thinking of others. Words can't describe how much Connie touched everyone around her and has left footprints on all of our hearts.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 16 from 5 - 9 PM at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. No funeral services to follow per the family's wishes. In lieu of flowers, a trust account will be set up for Connie's grandchildren's future college education. Donations may be sent to ESL Federal Credit Union Savings & Loan, 100 Kings Highway S., Suite 1200, Rochester, NY 14617-5598 c/o Jack T. Nelson.
