Greece: Passed away peacefully Sunday, May 3rd, 2009 at age 79 (going on 23) with her loving family at her side. She is predeceased by her husband, Bob Tyo Sr.; brother, Howard Fitz Simons Jr., and her parents, Howard Sr. and Catherine Fitz Simons. Survived by her children, Bob (Debbie) Tyo Jr., Kathy (Rodger) Holley, and Jim Tyo; grandchildren, Kori (Bill), Christopher, Andy (Rachael), Zach, Jeffrey, Katie, Shannon, and Amy, all of whom were the light-of-her-life and the apple of her eye, along with many wonderful nieces, nephews and special friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 6th from 4-8 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A private Memorial Service and interment will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Rochester Lifetime Care (Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center), 3111 Winton Rd. South, Rochester, NY 14623.
