She is predeceased by her father James Charles McCoy and mother in law W. Jean Schuyler.
Cynthia is survived by her husband Patrick P. Schuyler, her mother Fanny Lee Owens, brothers and sisters, James( Kimberly) Anthony McCoy, Teresa Elaine McCoy, Paulette (Corey) Sexton, and Sunny McCoy; father in law, Paul A. Schuyler, brothers in law and sisters in law, Stacey Schuyler, Kevin (Lana) Hinds, Eric Schuyler and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
