Rochester: Suddenly Thursday, November 8, 2007 at age 62. He is survived by his wife and best friend, Lauren "Laurie" "Dee"; father-in-law, Joseph D. DeLeo; brothers-in-law, Don (Maxine) DeLeo, Joe (Karen) DeLeo, Mark DeLeo; sister-in-law, Lisa (Rick) Ossman; step-sisters, Carmie (Doug) Schlenker, Patty DePalma; step-brother, Joe (Judy) DePalma; aunt, Helen Merisol; several loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins; many wonderful friends, neighbors, hockey associates and colleagues; beloved pets, Bob the Basset, cats, Nelson and Morgan. Predeceased by his parents, Al Barrows and Marie DePalma; step-father, Joseph DePalma; mother-in-law, Ruth E. DeLeo.
No prior calling hours. Family and friends are invited to Celebrate his Memorial Service, Saturday, November 17th at 1 PM at Gates Wesleyan Church, 2060 Long Pond Road, Private Interment, In lieu of flowers, donations in Daniel's memory may be made to Aquinas Institute or RIT Athletic Association.
