Gates: Passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at age 87. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 61 years, Kathleen; children, Michael (Susan) Crowell, Timothy (Diane) Crowell and Sheila (Rick) Krest; grandchildren, Ian Crowell and Jonathan Krest; sisters-in-law, Nancy Schneider, Terry Senger, Mary (Bill) Beauter, Margaret Opett, Barbara O'Rourke; brother-in-law, Thomas (Betty) O'Rourke; several nieces and nephews. Daniel was a United States Navy Veteran serving during WWII.
There will be no prior calling hours. Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, May 12th at 11 AM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery with full military honors. To
