At 42 after a long and trying illness with diabetes, Dave is now at peace. He is survived by his dad and mom, John and Helen "Jean" Costa; sister and brother-in-law, Sheryl and Glenn Barnum of Ashley Falls,MA; nephews, Michael and Glenn Barnum, Jr.; niece, Amanda Barnum; uncle, Louis(Sally)Costa; several cousins and friends; especially, Christine Doyle and Dave Coons.
