Tooly passed unexpectedly December 5th, 2017 at the age of 55.

He is survived by his wife Sylvia Page Gates and stepson Robert Rode.

We will miss our dear friend and invite you to calling hours being held from 5 – 7pm on Tuesday, Dec. 19 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. (corner of Culver Road) where a time of remembrance will be held at the close of calling hours in the chapel of the funeral home.

A graveside ceremony will be held Wednesday, Dec. 20th at 10:00am at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Please meet at Lake Avenue entrance at 9:50am. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to a charity of your choice.

Tooly will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him especially his co-workers including Rocky, his favorite German Shepard. Tooly will be remembered with a smile for his unique, uncanny sense of humor. His new mission takes him to a wonderful place where he will be riding his motorcycle, fishing on the lake at sunrise, eating Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and listening to AC/DC!
