David D Hraber

November 21, 1969 — August 11, 2022

David D Hraber, beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend passed from this life, at home unexpectedly on Friday, August 12, 2022.

Born on November 21, 1969 in Buffalo, NY, Dave was the son of Patricia Hraber of Penfield and Daniel Hraber of Mendon. He is survived by his parents, brother, Zachary (Lauren) Hraber, niece Maddy and nephew Jax. He also loved his large, extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Dave greatly committed himself to his passions. While living in Washington DC, early in his career, he worked at Clyde's Restaurant and developed a knack for cooking. His love of music led him to travel extensively with friends, attending and recording hundreds of music festivals and concerts across the country. Dave was consistently ahead of the fashion trends and had an eye for sneakers, always making sure his family was equally in tune.

Dave was fiercely devoted to his family and friends. He was a doting uncle who adored his niece and nephew and loved spending time with and spoiling them. He also loved meeting new people and genuinely wanted to learn all about them. He would give anything asked for, no matter the cost or sacrifice involved, to anyone in need.

Dave will be remembered most for his huge heart, giving nature and free spirit. His family finds comfort and peace knowing that he is now reunited with his cherished Gram, Jean C Ryan.

No prior calling hours.
A celebration of Dave's life will be held at a later date.
