David L. Kuzmik Sr.

David L. Kuzmik Sr., known as Dave, passed away at the age of 73 on December 23, 2024, at Rochester General Hospital. Born on April 11, 1951, in Rochester, New York. Dave dedicated much of his professional life to his career as a millwright at Rochester Products, where he worked diligently until his retirement in his 50s.

Dave was not only known for his skilled craftsmanship and work ethic but also for his loving nature. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Debbie, with whom he shared 46 years of marriage. Together, they built a life filled with love. As a father, he cherished his children, David L. Kuzmik Jr. and Melissa (Nick) Kron, offering them support and guidance through the years.

In addition to being a father, Dave held a special place in his heart for his three granddaughters, Adeline, Coralie, and Colette. His loving presence as a grandfather enriched their lives, and he was often found creating cherished memories with them.

Dave is survived by his immediate family, including his brother Tom Kuzmik and sister Karen (Anthony) LaPorta, as well as several nephews. His legacy will continue through the many lives he touched with his kindness and love.

He was predeceased by his sister Suzanne Olek and her husband Steve.

David L. Kuzmik Sr. will be remembered for the warmth and compassion he displayed as a husband, father, and grandfather. His memory will live on in the stories shared by his family and friends, encapsulating a life well-lived.
