David E. Leavenworth passed away on June 1, 2023 at the age of 80.
Predeceased by his parents E. Everett and Allene Leavenworth; and sister Linda.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Mary Ann (Lemon) Leavenworth; daughters Karen (Stephen LaSalle III) Leavenworth and Christine (Brian) Bannister; and many other friends and family members.
David was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and retiree of Visiting Nurse Service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the VA.
There will be a private burial at Western New York National Cemetery.
