Passed September 12, 2020 after a lengthy illness at the age of 72.
Predeceased by his parents, Glenn & Helen.
Survived by his wife, Martha; daughter, Heather (Brian) Parker; step children, Deborah Soule, Diana Wilson, & Stephen Barbas Jr.; granddaughters, Briana & Brittnee Parker; brother, Douglas (Diana); uncle, Robert Gephardt; aunt, Barb Ames; cousin, Roger Richards; & cousins, nieces, & nephews.

David graduated from Perry High School in 1965. He enrolled at Erie community college before entering the United States Army during the Korean war; Serving from 1967 to 1973 & becoming a Private Second Class.
David retired from Eastman Kodak after 30 years in 1997. He worked as a supervisor in the camera division & repair operator in the copier division.
He enjoyed bowling in the men's & mixed league & soft ball leagues at Kodak. He had a deep love for the NY Yankees, his cat Barney, & red Pontiac convertibles.
David loved to decorate for Christmas especially the outdoor lighting, yard work, & flowers. Over the years he put together a large curio of owls and other birds of prey.
